Meet Sammy

Hi I’m Sammy, I am 31 and have a passion for all things mental health and wellbeing. I’ve been a part of Counselling Alliance since 2020, working behind the scenes in admin and social media. Over time, this has given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to reach out for support. I’m now stepping into a more client-facing role as the counselling co-ordinator, I carry out most of the assessments, so you will see more of me as you begin your counselling journey. As I continue my training to become a fully qualified counsellor, my aim is to offer a calm, warm and reassuring presence as you take those first steps.

When I am not running around after my child, I enjoy walks in nature, gym workouts, I love a documentary, playing guitar and cooking healthy meals.
